Our window cleaning technicians will communicate with you as your job progresses and involve you in any issues that arise during the course of their work. They will make every effort to insure that the results of your job are PERFECT prior to asking you to approve the quality of their completed service. In those rare cases where you find something after we leave that slipped through our multi-step ClearPro Quality Assurance System, inform us within 48 hours. We will gladly return and resolve the issue to YOUR SATISFACTION.

A brief ClearPro Window Cleaning Report Card is given to each residential customer following the completion of his or her service along with a stamped self-addressed envelop. We ask our clients to grade our customer satisfaction staff on three key parameters. Our window cleaning technicians are graded on five key performance criteria. EVERY returned report card is reviewed by EVERY ClearPro employee who is in any way involved with our residential window cleaning business. Our goal is to earn “WOW ratings on every single performance criteria on every single job. Any grades falling below “Excellent” are personally reviewed by the Owners so that corrective action can be initiated when required.
